Bruce Bochy Field at Brevard Community College

Bruce Bochy, the manager of the World Series champion San Francisco Giants and an alumnus of Brevard Community College, will be honored by the BCC athletic department on Jan. 14 with a ceremony to name BCC's baseball field Bruce Bochy Field.

In 1975, BCC won the Florida State Championship and Bochy was its All-America catcher.

The college is planning an entire day of activities for this event including a VIP reception, photograph and autograph opportunities, lunch, and a silent auction.
