BRE Properties (NYSE: BRE) announced today during their 2nd Quarter 2011 Results report that they planned on beginning construction in the second half of 2012 of approximately 360 residential units on the two parcels of entitled land they obtained in the Mission Bay district neighboring AT&T Park.
The cost of the construction is to cost around $220 million, and they expect the redevelopment to take place over 12-15 months. BRE traditionally focuses on the development, acquisition and management of apartment communities.
